These Subscription Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of Copy Bible subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1) What you are subscribing to

Copy Bibles are printed booklets containing individual books of the Bible (occasionally one book is broken up into 2 or 3 smaller books) formatted to allow the reader to hand-copy Scripture as they read (“Copy Bible” or “Product”).

Your subscription provides ongoing access to receive Copy Bibles over time, based on your progress and your requests, subject to these Terms.

2) Subscription options

A) Monthly Subscription (Auto-Renewing)

• Price: $22 per month (plus applicable taxes; shipping terms in Section 6).

• How it works: We will contact you once per month to ask whether you need your next Copy Bible. You may also request your next Copy Bible at any time by emailing support@copybible.com.

• Savings statement: Any savings estimates are approximate and depend on how quickly you complete books and on shipping/standard pricing.

B) Yearly Subscription (Auto-Renewing unless canceled)

• Price: $240 per year (plus applicable taxes; shipping terms in Section 6).

• How it works: This plan is intended for those who want to hand-copy all 66 books of the Bible at their own pace. We will contact you about once per month to ask whether you need your next Copy Bible. You may also request your next Copy Bible at any time by emailing support@copybible.com.

• Savings statement: We may describe this as “saving about $120,” but this is not guaranteed and is only an estimate based on the example pace of one book per month and typical pricing/shipping.

3) Self-paced progress; no completion guarantees

Your progress is self-paced. We do not guarantee that you will complete (or receive) all 66 books within any specific time frame. You are responsible for tracking your progress and requesting your next Copy Bible when needed.

If you do not request additional Copy Bibles, you may receive fewer Copy Bibles than the maximum implied by example pacing, and no refunds are provided on that basis (see Section 8).

4) How to request the next Copy Bible

To request your next Copy Bible, email support@copybible.com and include:

• Your full name

• The email used at checkout

• The next Bible book you are requesting

We may ask for additional information to confirm your subscription and prevent fraud.

5) Fair use; shipping frequency limits (anti-abuse protection)

Subscriptions are intended for personal use and a typical pace of approximately one book per month.

To keep subscriptions fair and sustainable, we may apply reasonable fulfillment limits, such as:

• No more than one (1) shipment per 30 days per active subscription, unless we explicitly approve otherwise in writing; and/or

• Limits on duplicate requests, unusually high volume, or suspected abuse/fraud.

If you want additional Copy Bibles faster than the subscription cadence, we may offer the option to purchase additional copies separately at standard pricing.

6) Shipping, delivery, and address responsibility

• Shipping region: United States only .

• Shipping method & timing: We ship using USPS and UPS with standard processing times. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or supply constraints.

• Address accuracy: You are responsible for providing and maintaining a correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge a reshipment fee.

• Title and risk of loss: Unless required otherwise by law, risk of loss transfers upon delivery consistent with UCC principles, and we will work with you in good faith on lost/damaged packages (see Section 7). Legal Information Institute

7) Damaged, defective, or lost shipments

If your Copy Bible arrives damaged or defective, contact support@copybible.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We may replace or re-ship at our discretion.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days so we can help you check with the carrier and/or file a claim when available. We may replace or re-ship at our discretion.

8) Cancellations and refunds

A) How to cancel

You may cancel by emailing support@copybible.com with the subject line: “Cancel Subscription” and the email used at checkout.

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, please cancel at least [3–5] business days before your next renewal date.

(You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Clear recurring billing + simple cancellation mechanisms are standard expectations for online subscriptions.) U.S. Code+1

B) Yearly Subscription refund policy (Limited)

All yearly subscription payments are final unless a cancelation and refund request has been made within 5 days of the charge being processed. Apart from the 5-day window, we do not offer refunds on the yearly subscription, including for unused time, slower progress, or fewer requested shipments.

You may cancel future renewals at any time, but cancellation stops future charges only.

C) Monthly Subscription refund policy (limited)

• If you cancel the Book Per Month Subscription and the Copy Bible for the current month has not been shipped yet, you may request a refund for that month.

• If the Copy Bible for that month has already shipped, that month is non-refundable.

For clarity, “shipped” means the order has been handed off to the carrier (a tracking number may be issued).

D) No chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, please contact us first. Unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of fulfillment and/or termination of your subscription.

9) Pricing changes and plan changes

We may change subscription pricing or plan terms from time to time. If we do, we will provide notice as required by law and apply changes at the next renewal unless otherwise stated.

10) Taxes

Prices may not include applicable sales tax/VAT/GST. Taxes will be calculated and charged as required based on your location.

11) Availability; substitutions

We strive to keep products available, but inventory constraints may occur. We may delay shipment, offer a substitution, or provide other remedies at our discretion.

12) Prohibited use (resale & misuse)

Subscriptions are for individual/personal use. Reselling subscription shipments, bulk redistribution, or abuse of the request system may result in termination without refund (especially for annual plans).

13) Disclaimers

Our products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not make guarantees about outcomes, progress, or completion timelines.

14) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Copy Bible will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the previous 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15) Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (carrier disruptions, supply shortages, weather, natural disasters, etc.).

16) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

17) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The “Effective date” above indicates when changes apply. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
